In 100 years, humanity lives in fear of the Titans. A race of beasts who take the appearance of humans but are much larger and lack sexual organs. Their only purpose is to feast upon humans. However, humanity barricaded themselves in three 50-meter walls to protect themselves from the terror of the Titans.
After years living in fear, humanity protect themselves with huge walls to protect themselves from the Titans, giant humanoids that feeds on humans. When suddenly a huge Titan breaches the wall allowing a horde of Titans enters the city and attack them. A boy named Eren decided to save his city and wipe out the Titan race
If you are a die hard fan of Shingeki no Kyojin and you want this adaptation to be exactly what it is in manga/anime, well, I must say, just don't waste your time and money watching this one. Apparently, this is definitely not the popular SnK you had known. This is totally different, new characters were added, the setting was modernized, and the alteration of the plot. So for the moment when you decided to watch this, just forget that you knew that there's an anime/manga existed. Pretend that this is the first time you have heard of about "Some titans enjoying eating humans" kind of movie, I think that one will help you enjoy this. Comparing it with the anime are completely nonsense. If you are in for some dark fantasy, blood gushes out in every action scene and with post-apocalyptic setting, I guarantee to you that you will totally enjoy watching this.
If you thought Avatar: The Last Airbender live action adaption was bad, wait until you see Attack on Titan live action adaption. It is so bad that I have no words to even describe it.<br/><br/>Don&#39;t even bother wasting your time watching it.<br/><br/>You can&#39;t even call this an adaptation because it isn&#39;t anything close to an adaption. <br/><br/>The acting is bad, the CGI is bad, the audio is bad, the story is bad and the visuals are bad. The movie should be renamed to Attack on Franchise; How to Destroy a Franchise.<br/><br/>I just can&#39;t believe how bad it is!
